Struggle is one of the most basic aspects of being human. As a practitioner, as a human, how can we understand the experience in a way that is empowering rather than demeaning? How can we get through it with grace, and learning? So often, in times of difficulty we abandon ourselves. When someone we love, or one of our clients is stuck in struggle, it’s easy to deflect attention away from pain and towards hope. But what if we allowed for the struggle, made space for yucky feelings, permitted the struggler to fully feel, and be fully seen? This short course is all about helping you get through it, and helping others get through it.
